Our Buyer Process

Schedule a Consultation

We want to get to know you! This appointment can be scheduled via Zoom or In Person. This is a great time for us to discuss your home criteria, timelines, and your real estate goals. This will allow us to build a tailored plan of action for you to ensure a successful real estate journey!

Get Preapproved

If planning on using financing, it is essential to work with a reputable lender to obtain a preapproval to determine your budget. We have great lender partners that we can refer you to if you need some recommendations!

Search for Homes

Once Pre-Approved, it’s time to find that perfect home! Our team will provide you with updated alerts and lists of homes that suit your wants and needs. All you have to do is let us know which ones interest you so we can provide you with more information and move to the next step!

Schedule Home Viewings

After we identify some homes that interest you, now is the time to take a look! Our team will reach out to you to schedule times that work for you to view the home in person or even remotely! At this stage, it is also a good time to walk through any Open Houses that interest you as well.

Submit an Offer

Once we identify the perfect home it is time to write an offer! Our team will work with you to advise and craft your offer and submit it to the seller along with your Preapproval if financing or Proof of Funds if cash as discussed in Step 2. From there, the seller can either accept, counter, or reject your offer. Regardless of the outcome, our team will be there to expertly advise and discuss next steps!

Offer Accepted

At this stage the seller has accepted your offer. Our team will guide you to getting the transaction started. Now is the time to submit earnest money, and move through any contingencies structured in the contract such as inspections and appraisals. Once these contingencies have been satisfied, you are nearing the finish line!

Closing

Now it is time to schedule the closing and get the keys on your new home! At closing, you will be signing all of the documents required to transfer ownership of the property. Be prepared to bring the proper identification required and the funds to close and get the keys!

Congratulations! At this point you have successfully been through the entire buying process and you are now the proud owner of your new home!
